An exciting new area in the human resources and recruiting field that is exploding in popularity is web-based skills testing for prospective employees. StratComm offers a broad range of services and can implement comprehensive testing programs to suit any need, on a large or small scale.

StratComm's web-based skills testing application is easy to implement and requires only minimal training to get clients up and running. In addition, we always offer 24/7 support, should the need arise. The platform allows clients to self-administer web-based skills tests to their job applicants in more than 650 subjects and skill areas, from languages to business and software skills, among many others. Clients can choose from a library of tests, or create their own unique custom tests based on the skills required for a particular position.

Scoring is immediate, reporting is automatic, and the tests are provided securely and—most importantly—are administered and scored fairly and equitably to all prospective employees. The possibilities are endless, and the cost savings are significant compared with traditional paper and pencil testing.

The U.S. Department of State partnered with StratComm on a multimillion dollar program to implement our skills testing program to prospective locally employed staff at U.S. embassies and consulates around the world.
